Shipping, Terms and Conditions

Application - These terms and conditions shall apply to the sale of all goods by Malham USA to customers in the USA. The placing of an order shall be deemed to be acceptance by the buyer of these terms and conditions.

Shipping to US - All orders ship from our international warehouse. Orders are consolidated and shipped according to the schedule listed below.

Shipping to Canada - 15% Delivery Charge
All shipments into Canada will be handled via DHL/FedEx.  Orders will be delivered 8-10 business days after dispatch from our international warehouse.  In order to cover the expedited shipping fees, we have instituted a 15% delivery charge that covers all freight, duties and domestic carriage.  For example, a $400 order would be $460 delivered. 

Minimum Order - Minimum order value is $300.

Pricing - All prices quoted are landed prices in New York (JFK airport).  Prices are inclusive of international freight and duties.  Customer is responsible for domestic carriage.

Terms - All goods are shipped C.O.D. Payment is due upon receipt of goods.  We accept payment via credit card Visa and Mastercard) and check.  If we have a credit card on file, we will charge it 3 days after you have received your order, thus giving you time to report missing items (see “Shortages” below).  Prices are subject to change without notice. 

Shortages - Please contact us immediately at sales@malhamusa.com if you are missing pieces from your order. No claim can be entertained unless notified in detail to Malham within 3 days of receipt of goods. 

Returns - Goods must not be returned without prior agreement.  No product is sold on sale or return basis.
